How does the payment part work?
BookHero is not a payment terminal. You charge the client on your usual setup (SIBS terminal, Revolut, MB Way, cash). In BookHero you mark the method (cash or card) and generate a PDF receipt attached to the client history.
Do my clients need to create an account?
No. They book on a link with just name, phone and optionally email. No app, no signup, no password.
How long does setup take?
5 to 10 minutes. A 6-step onboarding: business, hours, services, team, location (optional) and plan. Your public page is then live.
What if I change my mind after subscribing?
Cancel any time, no penalty. Export everything as CSV or JSON. We keep your export available for 30 days after cancel, and you delete the account when you want.
Can I use it with my team?
Yes. Each pro has their own hours, calendar color, assigned services and configurable commission. Invite by email from the dashboard.
Is there a mobile app?
It works perfectly in mobile Safari and Chrome as a PWA. Add it to your home screen and use as an app, without the App Store.
Does it take online payments (charging the card from the website)?
Not yet. We are working on it. For now, payments happen in person on your usual setup (SIBS terminal, MB Way, cash), and you close the sale in BookHero with the PDF receipt.
